About this notice
This notice describes the supplied website implementation. The owner must review and adapt it to the actual business, service providers, retention practices, and applicable obligations before launch. It is not a certification of legal compliance.
Your shopping bag & favourites
The website uses local browser storage to remember product selections, quantities, favourites, and any personalization attached to a cart item. This data is not automatically synchronized to other devices. Removing cart items or clearing site storage removes those local records. Do not enter sensitive personal information into personalization fields.
Enquiries
When the online form is enabled, the server records the name, email address, topic, message, consent, and submission time you provide so the seller can respond. These details appear in the password-protected owner dashboard. If configured, a notification may also be sent through the host’s mail service. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing.
Payments & order information
Once configured, Stripe hosts the card-payment form. The store does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. The server stores the order’s selected items, supplied personalization and gift note, and, after payment verification, the contact, delivery, and payment-reference information needed to process the order. Stripe processes data under its own terms and privacy notice.
Security & functional sessions
The PHP backend uses a functional session cookie for request protection and owner login. Basic anti-abuse controls record a hashed network-address identifier and request counts for a limited period. Payment and contact data are kept outside the public website directory. The hosting service may separately keep access logs.
No built-in advertising trackers
This package does not include analytics trackers, advertising pixels, third-party font requests, or embedded map tracking. Following an external map link or entering the hosted payment page connects you to that separate service.
Retention, access & deletion
The owner must adopt a retention schedule and keep only records needed for the actual service and applicable requirements. This package does not automatically erase completed orders or enquiries.
